Market days

The market in Castell’Azzara is on Thursday mornings in the big car park: organic fruit and vegetables, fish and meat, clothes and shoes, home and kitchen supplies. Acquapendente on Friday is larger and good for local and organic produce.

Wood

Order in September. Prices rise later in the year. Order in quintali, not cubic metres — one quintale is 100 kg — and check the length will fit your stove. All three speak Italian only; WhatsApp is often easier than calling.
